Event Policies & Terms

• All packages are served family-style and require a minimum guest count. The minimum will be charged regardless of attendance. Additional guests will be charged at the prevailing per-person rate.

• Events are scheduled for the designated serving time associated with each package.

• Subject to availability, parties with a guest count below the minimum may be hosted as non-private events, with public access to the party room.

• The Back Room is not responsible for weather conditions or rain date availability.

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the event.

• All cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date and must be confirmed directly with a party room manager.

• Cancellations not confirmed within this timeframe will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
